According to some beauty experts about skin and beauty bloggers out there tomato is really good for your skin. You can even lessen yourself of getting sun rays so it's like a SPF also. Hahaha because of Lycopene content in tomatoes it makes your skin healthy and anti-cancer fighting free radicals in your body. Lycopene is also present in some other fruits with reddish to berry colored one. It is also a useful food coloring. Tomatoes also have high Vitamin C content in it which is responsible for building collagen synthesis in our body also one of the leading agents in skin whitening. Processed tomato products such as pasteurized tomato juice, soup, sauce, and ketchup contain the highest concentrations of bioavailable lycopene from tomato based sources. Even before also I love drinking tomato juice and eating tomato based foods with tomato sauces. Sometimes I even put lots of tomatoes in the omellete. Or just cut it and seasoned it with salt then put it in a hot rice Yum ^___6. Also Unlike other fruits and vegetables, where nutritional content such as vitamin C is diminished upon cooking, processing of tomatoes increases the concentration of bioavailable lycopene. Lycopene in tomato paste is four times more bioavailable than in fresh tomatoes. For this reason, tomato sauce is a preferable source as opposed to raw tomatoes. Vitamin C is very very sensitive to to heat so I advice people to serve your Lemonaide in cold rather than warm or any citrusy fruits that is fresh squeezed. Lycopene may be the most powerful carotenoid quencher of singlet oxygen, being 100 times more efficient in test tube studies of singlet-oxygen quenching action than vitamin E, which in turn has 125 times the quenching action of glutathione (water soluble, Another Famous Skin whitening agent). Singlet oxygen produced during exposure to ultraviolet light is a primary cause of skin aging. lycopene is also has an SPF of 3 Lol that is not even enough to reduce signs of aging due to UV rays exposure. So Girls that makes no excuse we still have to use sunblock not just only sunscreen. But by taking lycopene riched foods we could lower our risk of getting premature aging, that most girls are afraid of.

- Among the results that I've noticed in my skin for eating lycopene riched foods is that It makes my skin really glowy and baby pink flushed cheeks. But yeah I can't removed that dark under eye circles of mine I suffer a lot because of insomnia (difficulty of sleeping). But I find ways simple ways on how to combat dark circles already well not totally diminished them of in an instant but probably able to minimized them muahahaha. So guys that's all -Jaane!-
